Lovely staff. Great beers. Good pub food. I will be returning with some of my ale drinking friends to sample more fine beers. The porter was probably the best I have ever had. The Goodens Gold was lovely. Initially the IPA seemed a bit sweet but I settled into it after a few mouthfuls. The staff were very good and thanks to Kit for fine service.

A group of us meet up most Thursday nights we are now in our 60s and have been doing so for the last 45 years. We have seen a lot of changes in pubs in that time. The Flower pots is still one of our favorites. The garden is fantastic along with the outside inside bar and happy staff.
One of the best pubs I have ever visited. Good price for food. Very friendly staff. Large space for plenty of diners. Highly recommended.
After all the good I've heard I must admit I was very disappointed. The pub itself is very nice and cosy and staff is very friendly. The food, however, was very disappointing. The dish 'Beef with creamy mushroom sauce' was 'school dinner' level. It was served in a pasta bowl with the cheapest white rice and undercooked broccoli. For the price paid I would have expected something more adequate.

Amazing food seems local sorced from what I can gather, the Head Chef and the sous pull off amazing quality food for a great price.
The FoH staff are amazing as well really fantastic work all round by everyone.
The venue is gorgeous and is well worth going too.
My friends and I went here for a Sunday roast and we can’t recommend it enough. Despite it being really busy in the lead up to Christmas, we were served quickly and the food was delicious. Can’t wait to return!
